*Issue appears to be random and we have only seen it at 2 customers (Cushman and Enermech). Unable to replicate*


Fault - The email icon has vanished from the LUI when using SafeCom to authenticate. If you press the customise button at the bottom of the LUI it shows the email icon here as if it is already added to the home screen.


Fix - The fix was to update the fw to 68.45.61 (this was the latest as of September 2019) and to change the following setting to on.  Both of these things had to be done as tried them both individually and the issue was not resolved.

Permissions>login/logout>advanced settings> and turn on 'obtain user info at login'.
