Had an issue where on a 7535 machine, when you printed it printed out an error stating "Invalid Font".

To resolve this you need to install the font that is missing, in this case it was Aleo font. When you download some fonts it downloads OTC files but these are not compatible.

By using Font Utility Manager from Xerox website you can install correct fonts and resolve issue, I had to install both PCL and PS fonts as they use AMC's as well.

Aleo font is below:

You will need to download font and Font utility.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Resolution:

1. Download font; I used website - http://www.fontfabric.com.

2. When you save it, extract it and your files will all be there.

3. Download the Font utility manager from Xerox website (only works on Windows).

4. Select printer by choosing add printer

5. Select to Edit font list

6. Then add to font list

7. Select to add to list and browse to where you saved the font files

8. When you browse to file, choose the True Font file (ttf).

9. You can either select to add these as PCL/PS or both, better to choose both in case.

**Once this has finished browse to CentreWare, Properties, Services, Font lists and Choose below option to see the fonts are downloaded ok.
