Issue:
We have Equitrac installed in our Bristol office and they are having issues logging onto the printers and scanning.
When trying to restart the Equitrac services I get the below message.
Please could someone give me a call as we have an office that is unable to print at the moment.

This issue is due to the SQL password being changed and a conflict occurring.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Solution:
Go to Run-->services.msc--> MSSQLSERVER .
On the "log on as" tab right click and check your login information. i suggest, delete the password and retype it again
