You can change your password on the XOS network in several ways, depending on your preference...

  1. When connected directly to the XOS network (including main satellite offices), you can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard and select "Change Password" (Please note this will not work if you are at home as you are not on our corporate network).
  2. While logged into the Remote Desktop Server (xos-tsx or xos-rdsx), press Ctrl+Alt+End on your keyboard and select “Change Password”
  3. While logged into the Remote Desktop Server (xos-tsx or xos-rdsx), Click on "Start" > "Windows Security" and then select "Change Password"
  4. Login to our SSO service (https://xeretec.okta.com) and change password in settings located under your name in the top bar - This can be useful to reset an expired password or if you have forgotten your password altogether. This service requires registration.
