You can change your password on the XOS network in several ways, depending on your preference...
- When connected directly to the XOS network (including main satellite offices), you can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard and select "Change Password" (Please note this will not work if you are at home as you are not on our corporate network).
- While logged into the Remote Desktop Server (xos-tsx or xos-rdsx), press Ctrl+Alt+End on your keyboard and select “Change Password”
- While logged into the Remote Desktop Server (xos-tsx or xos-rdsx), Click on "Start" > "Windows Security" and then select "Change Password"
- Login to our SSO service (https://xeretec.okta.com) and change password in settings located under your name in the top bar - This can be useful to reset an expired password or if you have forgotten your password altogether. This service requires registration.
