To begin printing to one of the available Xerox printers in Regus, you must follow the below step-by-step guide.

Failure to follow the instructions correctly will result in no print being received at the device.

 

Before you begin

To proceed, you will need to obtain the following information from the Regus Centre Staff where you are based

1) The Device Model Number
There are 2 device types to select below and you must know which type your printing to for the correct driver to install

2) The Device IP Address
The IP Address of the device is required to submit your job to the correct printer

3) Your Regus Client Ref number
The Regus Centre Staff can provide this to you or you can look at your invoice where it will be shown

N.B. For security reasons, we cannot publish any of the above information and this must be obtained from your local Regus Centre Staff.
